新建厭氧發(fā)酵裝置4座及秸稈堆棚堆場、泵房、雙膜貯氣柜、天然氣壓縮廠房、CNG充裝站房、有機肥加工、沼渣沼液暫存池、廢水處理池等工程，購置秸稈鍘草機、抓草機、裝載機、固態(tài)上料系統(tǒng)、氣力輸送罐、沼液循環(huán)罐等儀器設(shè)備92臺（套）。
